Weekend travel information for 11 May 2018

Here is our weekly travel update to help you get around London this weekend, 12 -13 May, and also the following week. Most of the network will be open with services running as normal, but please check if any of the following affect you.

London Underground
On Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 May, there will be:

Circle line
No service between Baker Street and Hammersmith/High Street Kensington, due to line modernisation

District line
No service between Edgware Road and High Street Kensington, due to line modernisation

There will also be no service on Saturday and Sunday before 09:00 and after 21:00 between Earl’s Court and Kensington (Olympia), due to line modernisation and track replacement

Hammersmith & City line
No service between Baker Street and Hammersmith, due to line modernisation

London Overground
After 22:30 tonight, Thursday 10 May, there will be no service between Sydenham and West Croydon, due to Network Rail track work.

On Saturday 12 May, there will be no service between Sydenham and West Croydon, due to Network Rail track and infrastructure work.

On Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 May:
• There will be no service between Hackney Downs and Enfield Town/Cheshunt (via Seven Sisters), due to Network Rail infrastructure work
• Trains will not stop at Cambridge Heath or London Fields, due to Network Rail infrastructure work

On Sunday 13 May, there will be no service between:
• New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace/West Croydon, due to Network Rail track and infrastructure work, as well as station work at Honor Oak Park
• Liverpool Street and Chingford until 09:45, due to Network Rail infrastructure work
• Surrey Quays and New Cross after 20:45, due to Crossrail construction work
• Highbury & Islington and Shadwell after 21:15, due to Crossrail construction work
• Camden Road and Stratford after 21:45, due to Network Rail track work

TfL Rail
On Sunday 13 May until 08:30, there will be no service between Liverpool Street and Shenfield, due to overhead line and track maintenance work.

Buses
Bus users may be affected by the following this weekend. While we will try to maintain a good service, buses may be delayed, diverted or stop short of their normal destination:

Fulham – Until 22:00 on Sunday 26 August, temporary traffic signals will be in use on Fulham Road in both directions, between Old Church St and Brompton Road. This is due to gas works.

Wembley – From 12:00 until 19:00 on Saturday 12 May, roads around the stadium will be busier than usual, including A406, A1, A40, Harrow Road and Wembley High Road. This is for an event.

Haringey – From Sunday 13 May until Friday 24 August, White Hart Lane westbound will be closed, due to area improvement works.

Roads
Road users may be affected by the following this weekend:

* Peterborough Road and Poured Lines, due to utility works
* South Lambeth Road, due to footway works
* Thessaly Road North and Serpentine Car Park, due to site relocation
* Montgomery Square and Westfield Eastern Access Road, due to site redevelopment
* Horse Guards Avenue, due to road resurfacing works
