Another star for the Buenos Aires outfit was young flanker Marcus Kremer, who capped his performance with a try.
Lions 42-24 Brumbies
The Lions notched up a welcome victory over a valiant Brumbies side who were reduced to 14 men for much of the second half.
Sharks 28-24 Chiefs
The Sharks won for the third time in four outings against New Zealand opponents this season with Super Rugby’s leading points scorer Robert du Preez adding 18 points to his tally.
But it was a hollow success for Sharks as Chiefs lacked 20 of their squad, including stars Damian McKenzie and Brodie Retallick, due to an All Blacks training camp and injuries.

Sunwolves 26-23 Stormers
The Stormers suffered a shock defeat to the Sunwolves in Hong Kong on Saturday.
The Stormers led early on through tries from Dillyn Leyds and JJ Engelbrecht, just one of those converted by Jean-Luc du Plessis.
The Sunwolves hit back with Hayden Parker crossing over for the team’s opening try and converting his own attempt.
Leyds added his second try in the 32nd minute, but the conversion was missed again and a Penalty in the 37th minute just gave the Sunwolves a sniff heading into the break.
After the restart, things came undone for the Stormers. Grant Hattingh crossed over the whitewash for the hosts, which Parker easily converted. A penalty for the home side in the 64th minute made things even more tense.

It was a case of back-and-forth penalties for much of the second half, with the scores tied at 20-20 for a large part of it.
A penalty restored the visitors’ lead. But in the dying minutes, the hosts kicked over a penalty of their own to square things once again.
But drama was to follow. Another penalty for the Suwnolves, just before the hooter, meant scores were tied at 23-23.
With the hooter gone, neither side wanted to give up and kept on playing. The Sunwolves snaffled back possession, and after a patient build up, Parker, who had been brilliant with his boot all day, kicked over a drop goal to secure a dramatic win.
