South Africa now has the worst unemployment in the world according to Bloomberg, and now falls among other disastrous countries such as Colombia, Cuba, Syria and Venezuela. For all Ramaphosa’s nice speeches and promises, he does not understand that one main goal of a good government, is to establish an economy, which gives the people of the country the opportunity to make an honest living. The ANC government is not doing this at all. They set an example of corruption and immaturity. Corruption does not build an economy. Looting is just that. It builds nothing. And then the ridiculous reasons put forward: free housing, free education, free everything, which only exacerbates the above. And if ANC supporters do not get it for free, they throw a tantrum like a toddler, and burn down everything they see.

Cyril Ramaphosa’s contorted testimony at the Zondo Commission on Wednesday, leaves more questions than answers, leaving Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo a mystery of the Brian Molefe kind. After decades in the highest circles of politics in South Africa, Ramaphosa claims that he was unaware of what was going on around him? Ramaphosa, who was then Deputy to President Jacob Zuma, admitted that he had advised Zuma to transfer “Mr Fixit” Brian Molefe from Transnet, and appoint him as Eskom’s CEO in 2015, but the Guptas already knew it was coming in 2014?
Ramaphosa claimed before the Inquiry into State Capture that he was not aware at the time of Molefe’s association with the Gupta family and their collaborators. Molefe previously acknowledged that he had close ties to the politically affiliated Gupta family, but denied that they had anything to do with his promotion to become boss of the two most strategic state-owned companies, Eskom and Transnet…

Harith, the new owner of SAA, was setup by the Mbeki and Ramaphosa faction of the ANC, possibly using funds belonging to the Government Employee’s Pension Fund (PIC). Fitch Rating Agency Warns ANC Regime over Uncontrolled Spending and Unproductive Public Sector Salaries!

In a study published last week, the Fitch credit rating agency has warned the ANC government, which is still reluctant to consider public sector salary demands for the next three-year term, over it’s inability to exercise control over spending, which could lead to further budget problems.

Mango Flights Temporarily Grounded From May 1 After ANC Government Delays Paying Out Bailout Funds!

Mango’s flights will no longer be in the air from 1st of May 2021. This comes after the flight operator waited for months for their share of the bailout money, which was granted by the government to SAA.
The SAA received a bailout from the government of approximately R2.7 billion, of which R10.5 billion had to go to the SAA subsidiaries, AirChefs, Mango and the SAA technical company.
To date, Mango has not received a cent of the money, which reportedly had to be paid over to them in October 2020. It is currently estimated that the money will be paid to Mango by June this year. Which is unfortunately too late for Mango’s creditors.
The creditors have now issued an ultimatum to Mango, if their fees are not received by 30 April 2021, all Mango flights must remain grounded.
