Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba has condemned Monday’s carnage in the Gaza Strip as ‘an act of provocation and a violation of international law’.

Die kompetisie gaan nie net oor brute krag nie; deelnemers se stamina, vaardigheid, taktiek, fiksheid en strategie in verskeie dissiplines word ook op die proef gestel.

AfriForum exposes South Africa’s Turn to Communism in U.S.

On a recent trip to the United States, leaders of AfriForum, Africa’s largest civil-rights organization, exposed the South African government’s growing extremism, including official plans to steal land from European-descent farmers as well as escalating calls for violence and murder against minority communities. German Tourists Robbed By AK 47 Wielding Suspects: Umdloti – KZN

Three German tourists in their eighties were robbed by AK 47 wielding suspects while on route to King Shaka International Airport – KZN to catch a flight back home a short while ago.

Members of Reaction Unit South Africa were called out to the scene after receiving a call from a passing motorist reporting an armed robbery in progress on the N2 at the Umdloti Beach offramp.

US threatens to cut funding to South Africa

The United States has threatened to cut funding to South Africa, after it emerged that South Africa is among the countries in the United Nations that is most likely to vote against the US.

The US, through its USAID programme, provides funding for South African health services (related to diseases such as HIV/Aids and tuberculosis), basic education, and assistance for small and medium enterprises. In 2016, USAID’s total foreign assistance to South Africa amounted to US$459.7-million.
